This accent table is part sculpture, part functional furniture, and is a one-of-a-kind piece built to make people stop and take a closer look.
The base is carved from a solid beam of Colorado black walnut, with a walnut sphere carved to look as though it’s smashing straight into the wood. Integrated LED lighting brings the impact to life, highlighting the point of collision and giving the sculpture a sense of movement. A walnut slab with black epoxy forms the tabletop, with subtle lighting underneath illuminating the sculpture below.
The combination of natural walnut, black epoxy, and carefully placed lighting creates a piece that feels almost otherworldly.
