Experiencing the privilege of viewing the entire video of the Spiro Coffee Table I have to admit this creation is magnificent.
For one reviewer to suggest this piece was overpriced is absurd. When one considers the elements of Design, 3D manufactured fixture jigs, walnut wood selection and preparation, cost of materials , cost of equipment, individual MAN HOURS and shop overhead this masterpiece is a bargain at $12,000.00.
Thank you for letting us share in your creative genius and never let unjust criticism deter you from exercising your extreme talent.
And as someone who only has ikea and maybe the odd Cotsworld Co or Laura Ashley mass produced basic to mid-range solid wood items in my home, I very much expected to be blown away by the price charged after watching the video of this item being made. Having seen how much time, effort and blood sweat and tears went into it, I genuinely said WOW when I saw you sold it for $12,000. I don’t know how much I expected it to be but this has to be a good 8- 10x less. I would expect someone to pay at least the price of a mid-range car for a piece of furniture that is so bispokr and hand crafted. I really think you’ve undersold yourself and that whoever bought it in the end got the steal of the century. I can totally envision one of the more well off members of my family paying £30-50K for something. Like this, so accounting for currency conversion etc, it’s hugely less than I expected.
Anyway, thank you for the master class in wood artistry and I really appreciate the time you put into making such a detailed and well filmed video to showcase such an awe inspiring piece of furniture. Here’s hoping the new owner loves it and it becomes a piece that gets handed down through many generations in future, like all good art should. Xx
Definitely a masterpiece. Should've gone for more money 💰 What a great design.
Wolfgang should have proofed his review before critizing. (yoo)
Really really not worth the requested money.
